Video mixer provides advanced interactive rich–media functionality, including video uploading, importing, editing, remixing, and sharing.
Video mixer relies on several open source projects, such as FFmpeg and MovieMasher.
It comes in two modes: simple and advanced, both are extended modifications of MovieMasher solution.
Video mixer is web-based, and any web browser with Adobe Flash gives an instant access to built-in video effects, transitions, filters, multitrack timeline, effects control window, text titles, etc.

Video editor makes video editing as-simple-as possible for everyone; it has all the basic video and audio editing features and allows the user to perform cutting, audio recording and encoding operations.

The following are some of the key traits that characterize video editing tool:

• The timeline supports basic drag and droping functionality to re-organize clips: the customer may copy, paste, cut & delete selected clips.
• The user may apply different predefined transitions and effects and then preview the mix.
• The user may add titles and set the start and end of appearance.
• Ability to expand/collapse multitrack timeline.
• Effects Control window shows the effects applied to a clip, and their individual parameters; it expands to provide a custom timeline for applying keyframes. The user can enable keyframing for any individual parameter, and then drop individual keyframes at any point in the timeline to modify its setting at that point.
• Interface allows the user to record audio comment via his microphone while playing video mix, in real time.
• The user may download video mix on his local machine or share it via Facebook, YouTube, or Twitter.

Administration tool:

The moderation interface allows for both pre- and post moderation of all content (video sets and video mixes). The tool allows administrators to broad control in screening incoming media before and after it is displayed publicly. Moderators can also edit, delete and publish video mixes created by users.

• Bulk video uploading: the tool allows moderators to upload multiple videos in .wmv or mp4 format from different sources (url’s, local networks, television, etc). Those videos would be provided by sets. Videos are uploaded on the server and automatically converted to FLV format (using ffmpeg video converter).
• Preview source videos (converted FLV files)
• Assign names for the sets being uploaded – those names would identify sets on the Orange website. Once a set is uploaded and identified, it would be available for editing via Orange web site.
• Preview video mixes (projects created by customers)
• Approve or reject video mixes. Once a video mix is approved, it can be published on a web site.
